Congestion Pricing or Something Else?

With all the talk in New York City about congestion pricing, it seems likely that even more pressure will be put on the streets of Weehawken and the limited parking spaces there. And even if congestion pricing doesn't go through, there are other ideas out there to discourage people from driving in to New York.
